Well, the punch line's a bit of a letdown I'm afraid. Oh well, when puns are outlawed, only outlaws will be punished.

I'll be waiting to see what that scroll of mail says when it gets here. By the way, Roger, I dunno about Angband (that's what TotP is based on, right?), but in Nethack, to read a scroll, you have to step onto its square and pick it up, then read it.

The same is true in Angband. It just looks visually better if you have the scroll beside them.

Quint: the mail had the Oracle's corpse inside it. However, the mail daemon was in a hurry, so he just 'ported it to Dudley.
