If you are female you can turn into a monster that can lay eggs, and then if the eggs hatch they are your pet. To keep in that line, I suggest rather than having males getting succubus pregnant, that incubus get females pregnant. After a while you get slower, your feet hurt, and you become unable to wear your armour. I'm sure you could think of more affects. Hawkes (who thankfully has never been pregnant, or gotten anyone else pregnant for that matter).
