I guess they need a newt. Personally, I didn't get the part with the xxos in the audience. And I half expected the subtitle to be "Dudley's got (no) talent."

It's a parody of America's Got Talent (or Britain's Got Talent) where the judges have those X's above their heads for when they vote someone off (a-la the Gong Show). The portrayal was of the various acts and how most of the contestants bungle their talent.
