Incorrect gender on player info page
Enthryn - January 01, 2010 12:29AM

My player info page currently says: "Enthryn the neutral male human Barbarian was last seen in Mines on turn 3515 and with 4863 points". However, I'm playing a neutral female human barbarian right now. (I double-checked using ^X that this is correct.) What's going on?

Edit: Happened again for a chaotic female elf Wizard.

Yes, happens to me too, "Raisse the neutral male gnomish wizard".

I see this all of the time, although for some reason it seems to correct itself later in the game. For example currently mine says "codehappy the chaotic female orcish Barbarian was last seen in the Dungeons of Doom on turn 18633 and with 100385 points", which is correct, although earlier it was "chaotic male orcish Barbarian". Early on it seems to consistently call female characters male, but at some point it corrects itself.

The whereis-patch I lifted from Sporkhack for NAO didn't apply cleanly, and I must've missed something when applying it by hand...
