Yet Another NetHack Site

NetHack is a single-player computer game; it doesn't look fancy, but it's extremely addictive all the same. For more information, see the links about NetHack.

The Hugo/O'Donnell Spoilers

The following spoilers were created by Kevin Hugo (now part of the DevTeam) or by Dylan O'Donnell, and are currently maintained by Dylan; they are archived under some fairly simple conditions, Dylan O'Donnell's and mine. In addition, you can download a zipped archive of these spoilers (416 KB, synched with the versions on Dylan's site on August 16, 2003).

These spoilers are listed in rough categories (items and monsters; your character; intrinsics; and the dungeon), mostly by alphabetical order. If I thought something fell into two categories, I listed it twice, so you wouldn't have to guess. Some of these files are rather large; the really big (well over 50KB+) files have their sizes listed.

[Powered by Google] Searching is provided by Google's Free SiteSearch. This is a regular Google search, but restricted to this domain; thus, Google might not have crawled updated pages yet, and may return non-Nethack pages that are also hosted on Steelypips.

I used AcsToTab to convert some of these spoilers to HTML.

Valid XTHML 1.0!I see no point in putting up a public web site if it's unreadable to some. To that end, this site uses XHTML 1.0 for markup and CSS for layout; thus, while it will look nicer in a browser that complies with web standards (here's a list of browsers you might upgrade to), it will display its content in any browser. It also complies with Viewable with Any Browser Campaign and the W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative (see also its handy checklist); in particular, all spoiler tables have text versions available.
