I think Bucky is suggesting that Dudley's head is up his @$$ (which would also explain why guilt would ignite his hat, alluding to "liar, liar, pants on fire").

REP #4:It is just a word search puzzle,in a NH theme. I was browsing Sadowl and found a comic with the concept,so I submitted that. I think that is too easy,though. If you need the answer visit that site-it is still new. Yandex got blocked...Aieee......
