Fountains should be {, not }. If that is supposed to be a fountain, that is, but it would be an unexplained anomaly if it wasn't.
Perhaps Dudley turned a fountain into a puddle there, but only one pool got spawned. And then some other creature died to trap while Dudley wasn't there, and left a scroll of font.
Like I said, it is possible that it is a puddle, but in that case it is an unexplained random fact...nobody cares, really :D
