But now we need a Catley character! Well, let's see: recurring characters: Dudley, a [insert player character info here] Dogley, a dog (or a dragon, or a newt) Cudley, a cow Cherry, a cockatrice Rodney, an (probably) evil wizard and follower of Moloch Newtley, a reincarnation of Dogley?

Hee hee... Farmer is a playable class in ADoM... I think they just start with a large dog... but this is so much funnier. Also, I think I saw a Catley on the old comic somewhere. But then, there were a bunch of recurring characters that stopped recurring... like Wesley and Nerdley... Dudley's dog is sometimes Fido... or FiDo when turned into a dragon... Dragley, on the other hand, is, I think, just an ordinary non-tame dragon... And... isn't Cherry a chickatrice? Not that it matters... but we're all pedantic here. As far as Dudley goes... Quint: Rodney does not follow Moloch, he just wants the Amulet. He'll even attack the High Priestess* if he can see her, and she carries the Amulet. * I'm assuming priestess rather than priest for the purpose of making pronouns easier.
