The dwarf king is probably the biggest threat here (unless it's a MMF, in which case it is definitely the biggest threat here). The tengu is also worth worrying about, depending on Dudley's exact level. If he can't handle both at once, Dudley should count himself lucky that there's still a gap and run as fast as he can. (Or use an escape item, or write E.)

The cockatrice suggests another option: kill it first and then stone the other monsters. This exposes Dudley to more attacks from everyone, gives up his chance of escaping, and is generally a terrible idea since the nymph could steal his gloves. But if he's powerful enough to handle everyone here, it would be good for a laugh. It is also probably the only way he could survive this engagement if the h turns out to be a mind flayer.

All those monsters respect Elbereth, and none have ranged attacks. So this doesn't really look like a problem.
