You'd think he'd have learn'd from the first bat. Then again, this is Dudley. Also, sequels are lame ... so I'll be doing a sequel to my newt death meta-joke ;)

Dudley did learn. This time he's doing it intentionally, as the footnote suggests; note that he steps to the other side of the dragon so it'll get "sliced deeply" the way he wants it to.
