Whoops. I forgot to move Dudley down so that they were in his line of sight in panel 1. They were supposed to disappear out of sight when he moved up in panel 2. Last edited: Wed, 24 Feb 2010 00:45:52

Granted. Maybe a 3-frame comic would have been better: keep the first 2 frames and replace the rest with Dudley fleeing from fire ants.

Perhaps have the magnifying glass turn them into fire ants, making the tool that could've saved his life backfire (no pun intended) on him. That could also be done in 3 panels. Last edited: Wed, 24 Feb 2010 10:30:48

Even as I was reading it, I was thinking what BreathOfSorrows posted. Panel 1: Dudley, ants, complaint. Panel 2: Magnifying glass (RNG showing love?!?!) and applying the tool Panel 3: Giant Ants turn into Giant FIRE ants. Panel 4: Tombstone

Well, you guys say it was predictable? I was rather thinking of a joke in which the ants would get larger when viewed with the magnifying glass. (The first panels don't actually speak of "giant ants", either.) Oh, and paxed: I got a PHP error (see http://friendpaste.com/4EGkBNAPoRjTsGslN14THY) when using some unicode characters in the comment. Perhaps you'd like to look into that.
