Sersiously though, I had a feeling that it had been done before, but I couldn't be bothered searching for it. I feel mine does have some fresh takes:
1) Demonstration that Dudley is an idiot (falling for a knock-knock joke)
2) Dogley's rather sudden change in loyalty when he realises that Dudley doesn't know why the mind flayer dies (also note, in my version, this is not Dudley killing the mind flayer, but more like the mind flayer inadvertently commits suicide)
3) The footnote: "Yet another stupid survival" is in fact a reference to Dudley surviving because he's stupid.
I think I may do a sequel to this, actually ...
