Dudley the 10th Ringwraith?

In the movie (which, by Arwen's presence, this must be), they don't know that Arwen can cause the river to rise and sweep them away (not drown them exactly).

In the book, the first few might not know that Elrond can cause the river to rise, but the rest see it and enter only when pressed by Strider and Glorfindel from behind.
